Linescan camera has higher NIR line rate

March 19, 2008
SU-LDH InGaAs digital linescan near-infrared (NIR) camera has been enhanced to increase line rates for 1024 pixels to greater than 46,000 lines/s, making it ideal for Fourier domain optical coherence tomography. For high-data-rate industrial process control and machine vision, the SU-LDH provides wavelength response from 0.8 to 1.7 µm. It features high sensitivity, room-temperature-stabilized operation, and integrate-while-read capability for faster readout speeds with minimal dead time.
