    May 3, 2013

SHAPESCAN3D from ISRA VISION offers a 3D robot guidance application for random bin picking of unsorted materials. The application’s “plug and automate” concept reportedly allows users to quickly install and put SHAPESCAN3D into operation with relative ease. In addition, the new system features 3D object recognition at all depth levels, a fixed mounted sensor, and a scan time for the total volume of the container of less than four seconds, according to ISRA VISION, which will exhibit at the Control Trade Fair 2013.
