Hamamatsu’s C11440-50B board level camera features a scientific CMOS image sensor and is suitable for use in scientific and industrial applications such as semiconductor inspection, failure analysis, x-ray scintillator readout, and fluorescence microscopy.

Hamamatsu’s C11440-50B board level camera features a scientific CMOS image sensor with 1920 x 1440 pixels with a 3.63µm x 3.63 µm pixel size. The camera delivers 45 fps and has a wide dynamic range of 4500:1. The C11440-50B board level camera is designed for OEM scientific and industrial applications such as semiconductor inspection, failure analysis, x-ray scintillator readout, and fluorescence microscopy.
