Infrared surveillance camera from INO provides 2048 x 1536 pixel images

INO (National Optics Institute) has released the HRXCAM-2048, an infrared camera with an 8.5 µm pixel pitch that is designed for infrared imaging for defense, aerospace, security, military, and transport applications.

INO (National Optics Institute) has released the HRXCAM-2048, an infrared camera with an 8.5 µm pixel pitch which uses an uncooled microbolometer detector for imaging in the longwave infrared range. It features a 1024 x 768 pixel array that produces 2048 x 1536 pixel images, a lightweight microscanning catadioptric lens, and an open architecture which enables access to detector settings and offers flexibility for integration. In addition, the camera features a 22.6° field of view, a 50.0mm focal length, and a microscan response time of <1.5 ms. HRXCAM-2048 cameras are designed for infrared imaging for defense, aerospace, security, military, and transport applications.
