SensoPart releases subminiature LED sensors

Dec. 9, 2013
SensoPart has expanded its series of subminiature sensors to include an F10-RH LED proximity switch with adjustable background suppression, an F10-BF Bluelight, sensor, and the F10-R, a retro-reflective light barrier for use in handling and positioning applications.

SensoPart has expanded its series of subminiature sensors to include an F10-RH LED proximity switch with adjustable background suppression. The FT-RH features a maximum scanning range of 70 mm and measure just 21.x x 14.6 x 8 mm, which enables them to be mounted directly on a robotic gripper for pick and place applications. In addition to the FT-RH, SensoPart has also released the F10-BF Bluelight, sensor, which has a scanning range of 30 mm and was designed specifically for the detection of strong light-absorbing objects such as solar cells, as well as the F10-R, a retro-reflective light barrier with an operating range of up to 1.6m and teach-in function. F10 sensors are suitable for use in handling and positioning applications.
