ADLINK Technology debuts NEON-1040 x86 smart camera at AIA Vision Show

During the AIA Vision Show held April 15-17 in Boston, ADLINK Technology showcased its newly-developed NEON-1040 x86 smart camera, which is equipped with the Intel Atom Quad Core Processor E3845 1.9 GHz

During the AIA Vision Show held April 15-17 in Boston, ADLINK Technology showcased its newly-developed NEON-1040 x86 smart camera, which is equipped with the Intel Atom Quad Core Processor E3845 1.9 GHz. The NEON-1040 smart camera features a 1” global shutter CMOSIS CMV4000 image sensor with 5.5 µm x 5.5 µm pixel size that achieve a frame rate of 60 fps. The 4 MPixel open-architecture smart camera features GigE, USB 2.0, and RS-232 ports, as well as a C-Mount lens mount, and 32GB storage for image processing, programs, and archiving. In addition, the NEON-1040 features IP67 protective housing, M12 connectors, built-in PWN lighting control, and software support with STEMMER Common Vision Blox, MVTec HALCON, and other machine vision software. The camera is suitable for use in automotive manufacturing, intelligent transportation systems, robotics, and general machine vision applications. NEON-1040 cameras will become available in June 2014.
