Edmund Optics has announced the release of new TECHSPEC variable magnification lenses, which offer a selectable field of view for adaptability in multiple applications.

Edmund Optics has announced the release of new TECHSPEC variable magnification lenses, which offer a selectable field of view for adaptability in multiple applications. The lenses include an adjustable iris for depth of field control and feature a C-Mount design with 2/3" sensor coverage. These TECHSPEC lenses are available in a 0.5 – 1X variable magnification version, as well as a 0.5X, 0.75X, and 1.0X fixed magnification versions. Customized fixed versions are also available to meet volume requirements. TECHSPEC variable magnification lenses are suitable for use in semiconductor or electronics inspection and factory automation applications.
