MLNC LED line lights and MHBC bar illuminators are two new machine vision illumination series designed by SCHOTT MORITEX for product inspection. The MLNC LED line illumination series consists of three models with white light-emitting parts measuring 100 mm, 200 mm, and 300 mm. (Red light models available on a custom basis). The lights feature a movable lens section, which allows for flexible adjustment of the point of focus.
The MHBC bar illumination series (pictured) includes four models with the light-emitting part measuring 150 mm, 300 mm, 450 mm, and 600 mm, with red light models also available on a custom basis. These lights allow for extended working distance between the inspection target and the light source for greater flexibility in configuring layouts of lighting devices and uniform wide-area illumination.
In addition to general machine vision usage, these lights are suitable for use in printed circuit board inspection, pharmaceutical inspection, (MLNC), as well as automobile manufacturing, packaging, printing, and food and beverage inspection (MHBC).
