Eye Vision Technology (EVT) will begin its 2014 US Road Show entitled, "Image Processing Software for the Future," in San Francisco on September 2.
The show will highlight the graphical programming of FPGA smart cameras, XILINX ZYNQ-based smart cameras with ARM processors, and the integration of the graphical FPGA programming into the EyeVision image processing software. This includes demonstrations of EyeVision 3.0 software with the RazerCam smart camera, the EyeCheck 2xxx and 3xxx cameras, as well as additional GigE and USB cameras. It will also feature a demonstration of the 3D capabilities of the Kinect sensor.
EyeVision image processing software is drag-and-drop programmable software that contains commands to create inspection programs for a variety of vision applications. These include measurement technology, pattern matching, code reading, 3D vision, surface control, robot vision, and more. In addition, the graphical user interface is the same for all hardware platforms, including vision sensors, smart cameras, embedded systems, and PC-based systems. The software is available for USB, FireWire, Camera Link, GigE, CoaXPress, and analog interfaces.
After the San Francisco stop, the Roadshow will visit Dallas on September 3, Chicago on September 4, and Boston on September 5.
