ADLINK Technology has announced a partnership agreement which enables LCR Embedded Systems to use ADLINK products in line of fully-integrated embedded computing systems throughout North America.

ADLINK Technology has announced a partnership agreement which enables LCR Embedded Systems to use ADLINK products in its line of fully-integrated embedded computing systems throughout North America.

LCR Embedded Systems is a provider of chassis, backplanes, and integrated systems for the aerospace and defense, commercial, rail, and industrial markets, and has deployed hundreds of systems with the same standards-based technologies used in ADLINK’s core product lines, according to Elizabeth Campbell, General Manager of ADLINK Americas.

"They [LCR Embedded Systems] have experience with customers in both bench top and deployed environments, as well as an in-depth knowledge of the differences between them, and are able to take advantage of their wide range of deployed systems to customize solutions to meet a customer's unique requirements."

Nissen Isakov, President of LCR Embedded Systems said that the alliance with ADLINK is perfect for LCR Embedded Systems, and that he is looking forward to the advantages it will provide for the company’s customers in the aerospace and defense, commercial, industrial, and rail sectors.

“Our customers frequently come to us because they need fully integrated system solutions for complex environments, and this agreement will greatly enhance our ability to meet their needs quickly and cost-effectively,” he said.

LCR Embedded Systems—which can now offer ADLINK products to customers as part of a system-level solution—provides ADLINK Technology with a channel through which their products can be incorporated into a more complete embedded solution, according to the press release. These products include ADLINK's small form factor boards (e.g., single board computers, computer-on-modules) and slot card architectures such as AdvancedTCA, CompactPCI, and VPX boards.
