Euresys has announced the opening of a liaison office in Shanghai, China to support its expanding local customer base.

Antonio Fan (Fan Fu Yong), Sales and Support Manager, China, will represent the company at the new location.

"This new operation, close to our customers, will allow us to provide fast and efficient pre-sales support and technical services to our growing China market,” said Marc Damhaut, CEO.

Yuzairee Tahir, Sales and Support Manager, Asia Pacific, also commented. "We will work closely with our local distributors in order to enhance our contributions to our customers’ success."

Both this year and last, Euresys has announced a number of expansion-related moves. In March of 2015, the company appointed Shanghai HQ-VISION Technology as a distributor in China in order to expand its global presence.

"We are excited to be working together with Euresys", said Tommy Wang, Vice-President of Shanghai HQ-VISION Technology. "The China machine vision market is rapidly expanding, with a lot of new applications and opportunities."

In addition, Euresys has announced the appointment of Saber1 Technologies LLC and Motion Analysis, Inc. as North American distributors. Both companies currently have a focus on machine vision products and have more than 40 years combined experience in distributing machine vision components.
