Frame grabbers from Kaya Instruments now supported by StreamPix

NorPix Inc. has added support for KAYA Instrument’s CoaXPress frame grabbers to their StreamPix multiple camera recording software. 

NorPix Inc. has added support for KAYA Instrument’s CoaXPressframe grabbers to their StreamPix multiple camera recording software.

StreamPix enables users to view, control, and acquire from multiplecameras simultaneously, all in the same user interface, and provides a complete management console for cameras, simplifying the setup, control and acquisition from any number and type of camera.

The software now supports the Komodo (pictured) and Predator CoaXPress frame grabbers from KAYA Instruments. Komodo CoaXPress frame grabbers feature support for up to 8 CoaXPress links and a PCIe Gen3 x8 lanes interface and is capable of receiving video streams from up to 8 CoaXPress links in single, dual, quad or octal modes and simultaneously capturing from up to two quad link cameras.

Predator frame grabbers are capable of receiving video streams of up to 4 CoaXPress links in single, dual, and quad modes for simultaneous capture from up to two dual link or four single link cameras or single quad link camera.
