Machine vision filters from Smart Vision Lights
Smart Vision Lights is now offering a line of band pass, color pass, and polarizer machine vision filters designed to be matched with LED lights. Among the products in the new filter line are band pass filters for blue, cyan, green, amber, red, and deep red LEDs, as well as color pass filters in the red and deep red, and an infrared band pass filter used to maximize contrast under IR lighting.
CMOS image sensor from e2v
The EV76C541 Sapphire wide-VGA format CMOS image sensor from e2v is designed for low-light conditions and can achieve a frame rate of 125 fps in full resolution. The sensor features an electronic global shutter and machine vision features such as multi-ROI and 3D range gating embedded on-chip.
Sensor evaluation kit from Pleora and CMOSIS
Pleora and CMOSIS have co-developed an evaluation kit that helps manufacturers assess image sensor performance to speed the design of medical and scientific imaging systems. The evaluation board is based on Pleora’s iPORT NTx-U3 Embedded Video Interface and the CMOSIS CSI2100 CMOS image sensor.
