CCD image sensor from ON Semiconductor

Featuring a full-frame CCD architecture, theKAF-16200 CCD image sensorfrom ON Semiconductor (pictured above) is designed for demanding scientific imaging and astrophotography applications. The sensor, which is available in monochrome and Bayer color, is a 16.2 MPixel sensor with a 6 µm pixel size that achieves frame rates of 1.23 fps.

Industrial cameras from JAI with CMOSIS sensors

JAI has introduced theSpark SP-12000C-CXP4 (color) and Spark SP-12000M-CXP4 (monochrome) cameras. Both cameras feature the CMV12000 global shutter 12 MPixel CMOS image sensor from CMOSIS, which features a 5.5 µm pixel size and can achieve a frame rate of up to 189 fps in full 12 MPixel resolution through a CoaXPress 4-connector interface.

GigE camera from Allied Vision

Newly added to the Mako line of industrial cameras is theMako G-234 GigE camera, which Allied Vision touts as a suitable candidate for the transition from CCD to CMOS technology. The Mako-G234 camera features the 2.3 MPixel Sony IMX249 CMOS image sensor, which has a 5.86 µm pixel size and can achieve a frame rate of up to 40 fps

Common Vision Blox machine vision software from STEMMER

Common Vision Blox 2016, the new release of STEMMER IMAGING’s machine vision software, is now available. The latest version features Windows 10 support with a GigE Vision filter driver, support for additional platforms and operating systems as well as the new CVB Polimago search tool.

Genie Nano GigE cameras from Teledyne DALSA

Expanding on its line of compact industrial GigE cameras, Teledyne DALSA has announced the release of9 new Genie Nano cameras: The M1280 mono, M1280 NIR, C1280 color, M800 mono, M800 NIR, C800 color, M640 mono, M640 NIR, and C640 color.
