Industrial cameras from JAI feature 12 MPixel CMOS image sensor

Expanding on its Spark series of industrial cameras, JAI has introduced the Spark SP-12000C-CXP4 (color) and Spark SP-12000M-CXP4 (monochrome) cameras.  

Expanding on its Spark series ofindustrial cameras, JAI has introduced the Spark SP-12000C-CXP4 (color) and Spark SP-12000M-CXP4 (monochrome) cameras. Both cameras feature the CMV12000 global shutter 12 MPixel CMOS image sensor from CMOSIS, which features a 5.5 µm pixel size and can achieve a frame rate of up to 189 fps in full 12 MPixel resolution through a CoaXPress 4-connector interface. Additionally, the cameras feature automatic level control for dynamic lighting conditions, an HDR function providing up to 90 dB dynamic range (monochrome only), 1x2, 2x1, and 2x2 binning (monochrome only), sequence trigger, and a unique multi-ROI function.
