At Photonics West in San Francisco from February 16-18, Pleora will have a demonstration featuring its iPORT CL-U3 External Frame Grabber and Transcoder Gateway (pictured). The CL-U3 will convert a video feed from a Camera Link camera into a USB3 Vision compliant image feed. The video will then be transmitted to the Transcoder Gateway, where it will be automatically converted into the H.264 compression format and wirelessly transmitted to a tablet. The imaging system features automated processing and analysis that requires high-bandwidth, uncompressed video.
