BOA Spot vision sensors from Teledyne DALSA combine the technology of a BOA vision system with integrated LED lighting, lens cover, and software at a low price point. The vision sensors are available with either 640 x 480 or 1280 x 960 CMOS image sensors that can achieve frame rates of 45 fps and 30 fps, respectively, and are designed to inspect multiple part features at the same time. Embedded vision tools include part locating, feature finding, counting, and measuring applications. Additionally, the vision sensors feature an IP67 housing, Ethernet and RS-232 interfaces, an easy-to-use GUI, and M12 or C-Mount lens options.
