Collaborative robots from ABB to be demonstrated at The Vision Show 2016

On display at the ABB booth at The Vision Show 2016 from May 3-5 in Boston will be two YuMi collaborative robots, which will be performing a vision-guided small parts assembly application, as well as a hands-on demo allowing attendees to program YuMi using programming technology. 

On display at the ABB booth at The Vision Show 2016 from May 3-5 in Boston will be two YuMi collaborative robots, which will be performing a vision-guided small parts assembly application, as well as a hands-on demo allowing attendees to program YuMi using programming technology. YuMi collaborative robots are dual-arm industrial robots specifically designed to meet the needs of a variety of small parts assembly and handling applications. The robots are compact and can operate in very close collaboration with humans, and is highly-compatible with ABB’s Integrated Vision.
