From May 3-5, The Vision Show returns to Boston, bringing together global industry experts at North America’s largest showcase of machine vision and imaging components and solutions.
Held biennially in Boston, this year’s show— which is expected to be the largest one yet—will feature an exhibition consisting of industry-leading providers of machine vision and imagingproducts and solutions, including industrial cameras, smart cameras, imaging software, frame grabbers, computers, lenses, cables, and more. The show floor, according to Alex Shikany, AIA Director of Market Analysis, will give attendees the chance to meet with suppliers from all over to learn about the latest ways to solve their imaging needs.
"Vision and imaging technologies are in great demand as companies strive to increase efficiencies, improve quality, reduce costs and meet government or industry regulations and requirements," he said. "At The Vision Show you will see the latest technological advances that will help you find the right solution for your specific challenges. Meet face-to-face with the leading suppliers of vision and imaging technology, talk to their experienced staff, and compare products across many companies, all in one place."

In addition to the exhibition, The Vision Show also features educational conferences and certification classes that, according to Shikany, are "designed to help you implement vision – no matter what industry you are in." Among the conference topics that will be offered are:

Hot Corner: Hot topics in imaging
The "Hot Corner" area of the show floor will provide attendees the chance to discuss hot topics in the vision and imaging industry with experts. Topics that will be discussed at the Hot Corner include:
