At The Vision Show 2016, John Merva, VP, North America at Gardasoft highlighted the award-winning triniti intelligent lighting platform, which integrates GigE Vision cameras, LED lighting, and the newly-launched lens controller.
In this particular example, a Cognex camera, an LED light from CCS, and an Optotune focus tunable liquid lens were featured. A triniti lens controller and a triniti light controller were used in the system, which was viewing two barcodes: one at a high level, and one at a low level. With the addition of Lens Controllers to the Gardasoft triniti intelligent lighting platform, developers can configure, program and monitor cameras, lighting and lenses - all from within one common environment.
