USB 3.0 cameras from IDS feature latest Sony Pregius CMOS sensors

New to the USB 3 uEye CP family of industrial USB 3.0 cameras are the UI-3080CP Rev. 2 and UI-3280CP Rev. 2 cameras, which feature second generation CMOS image sensors from Sony’s Pregius series.  

New to the USB 3 uEye CP family of industrial USB 3.0 cameras are the UI-3080CP Rev. 2 and UI-3280CP Rev. 2 cameras, which feature second generation CMOS image sensors from Sony’s Pregius series. The UI-3080CP Rev. 2 is based on the 5.04 MPixel Sony IMX250 sensor, which is a 2/3” CMOS sensor that achieves frame rates up to 77 fps. The UI-3280CP is based on the 5.04 MPixel Sony IMX265 sensor, which is a 2/3” CMOS sensor that achieves frame rates up to 36 fps. Both cameras feature a 3.45 µm pixel size, as well as the IDS Software Suite, which provides such features as triggered linescan mode, multiple AOI mode, and long exposure up to 30 seconds.
