Machine vision software training to be offered for free from Microscan in January

Microscan will offer a free three-day training course on machine vision tools taught through hands-on exercises using Microscan’s Visionscape machine vision software platform this September at its Renton, WA, USA headquarters. 

Microscan will offer a free three-day training course on machine vision tools taught through hands-on exercises using Microscan’s Visionscape machine vision software platform this September at its Renton, WA, USA headquarters.

Part of Microscan’s Certified Training program, the machine vision training course offers an in-depth study of the company’s complete machine vision tool library available in its Visionscape machine vision software. The training will provide an overview of common machine vision applications with hands-on exercises setting up inspection tools and programming jobs to solve a range of applications from basic barcode reading and text recognition to complex measurements, defect detection, and guidance.

Attendees will learn to solve advanced inspection challenges using machine vision tools for complex geometry (location, measurement, position), and image processing.

Machine vision technology experts from Microscan will be available to offer their insight on tips and tricks for solving various imaging applications.

The course will be held at Microscan’s headquarters in Renton, WA, USA from January 19-21.

Attendance for the training is free and online registration is new open.
