3D Time of Flight camera from Odos Imaging to be showcased at VISION 2016

3D Time of Flight camera with direct point cloud output to be showcased by Odos Imaging at VISION 2016.

At the Odos Imaging booth at VISION 2016, the company will showcase its new StarForm Swift industrial 3D Time of Flight camera, which offers direct point cloud output at a resolution of 640 x 480 at up to 30 fps. The camera—which features an operating range of 0-6 meters and has a field of view of 47° x 37°—is equipped with seven infrared LEDs (850 nm), a fixed focus lens, and factory calibration. Additionally, the camera features a GigE interface, a C++/.NET software development kit, and an integrated bypass optical filter. The StarForm Swift, according to Odos Imaging, can be deployed into such 3D vision applications as palletizing, box profiling and sizing, object location, and presence detection.
