Billed by the company as the world’s first true HD infrared camera, the Viento HD Lab camera from Sierra-Olympic Technologies was designed for users who require the maximum number of pixels available in a thermal, commercially-supported imaging system. The camera features a 1920 x 1200 uncooled Vanadium Oxide (VOx) microbolometer focal plane array with a 12 µm pixel size and is sensitive in the longwave infrared wavelength. The camera delivers 16-bit, full dynamic range digital data or digital data with automatic gain control and also features a USB interface, 30 fps frame rate, and thermal sensitivity at 30 mK NETD at F1.0. Additionally, the digital acquisition system includes a configured frame grabber for full-frame rate, full bit depth acquisition, and display.
