    To offer an alternative to typical hyperspectral halogen light sources—which have high temperatures and high-power consumption—Metaphase Technologies has introduced hyperspectral LED line lights that target machine vision applications. The Metaphase Hyperspectral 400nm-NIR and Broadband SWIR illumination (1000-1700nm) lighting options can be paired with hyperspectral cameras, including models from Specim, Resonon, Photonfocus, and XIMEA, and deployed in applications including food and beverage inspection, pharmaceutical inspection, and color imaging.
