Aug. 22, 2014
This slideshow takes a look at five examples of how cameras and image processing are utilized for purposes of wildlife imaging.

While a good majority of the content we cover on Vision Systems Design focuses on machine vision, we also like to branch out into other applications where cameras and image processing are used to complete a task. In this particular example, we take a look at five examples of how cameras and image processing are utilized for purposes of wildlife imaging. Examples include live video streams of different species of birds, robots and UAVs that capture images of lions, and a shark that attacks a tracking robot on camera.
