InGaAs near-infrared camera enables in-line temperature inspection

The NIRCam-640 near-infrared camera from Vision Sensing is equipped with an InGaAs element FPA and has a 25μm pitch.

The NIRCam-640 near-infrared camera from Vision Sensing is equipped with an InGaAs element FPA and has a 25μm pitch. The camera has a 640 x 512 pixel count, a sensitivity wavelength range of 0.9 – 1.7 μm and a maximum frame rate of 100 frames per second. Software included with the NIRCam-640 enables offset and shading corrections. Aside from inline temperature inspection, Vision Sensing suggests that the NIRCam-640 is suitable for use in solar panel inspection and blood flow measurement. The NIRCam-640 will be on display at the Image Sensing Show 2013.
