Pixel shift 260 million pixel camera enables inspection and scientific imaging applications

VNP-29MC CameraLink cameras from Vieworks are industrial vision cameras which utilize pixel shift technology to achieve a 260 million pixel size (19728 x 13152, extended pixels) for high resolution applications, including flat panel display inspection, document/film scanning, and research and scientific imaging.

VNP-29MC CameraLinkcameras from Vieworks are industrial vision cameras which utilize pixel shift technology to achieve a 260 million pixel size (19728 x 13152, extended pixels) for high resolution applications. These cameras feature thermo-electric Peltier cooling which maintain the operating temperature of the 6576 x 4384 pixel CCDimage sensor up to 15 degrees below ambient. VNP-29MC models also feature true color full image resolution, improved fill factor, flat field correction, field programmable firmware, and pixel defect correction. These cameras are suitable for use in low light or low contrast level applications such as flat panel display inspection, document/film scanning, and research and scientific imaging.
