Datalogic will display its Matrix 300 image-based bar code reader, A30 Series Smart Camera, T4-x Smart Camera, S85 laser distance sensor, and an offering of encoders at this year’s SPS IPC Drives show in Nuremberg, Germany from November 26-28, 2013.
The Matrix 300 barcode reader features a 1.3 megapixel sensor and image acquisition speed of 60 fps. Its IP67 industrial grade encasing and 0-50°C (32°-122°F) operating temperature range enable the reader to work in harsh industrial environments. With a compact size and rotating connector, the Matrix 300 can be integrated into tight spaces. It also features liquid lens electronic focus control, integrated dual illuminator, and a Power over Ethernet option.
A30 smart cameras from Datalogic feature a 640x480 1/3" CCD image sensor with 7.4µm x 7.4µm pixel size and DSP processors. The cameras are enclosed in an industrial hardened IP67 enclosure which enables the cameras to be used in industrial inspection industries such as pharmaceutical and food and beverage. The cameras also feature built in I/Os, GigE and serial interfaces, and resolutions from VGA to 5 MPixel. In addition, the A30 smart cameras are equipped with a C-Mount lens, 512MB RAM, and acquire images at 60 fps.
In addition to these products, Datalogic will feature its T4x-Series Smart Camera, an offering of incremental and absolulte rotary encoders for industrial automation applications, and its new S85 laser distance sensor, which is a class 2 laser sensor able to measure the distance from an object up to 20m with a millimetric resolution through the Time of Flight technique.
