Basler releases USB 3.0 4-port card

Basler has released a USB 3.0 card with four ports for its ace USB 3.0 camera line, which are suitable for use in such applications as factory automation, robotics, and automotive manufacturing.

Basler has released a USB 3.0 card with four ports for its ace USB 3.0 camera line. The card enables four cameras to be connected to one card, and feature four independent Renasas host controllers, one PCIe 2.0 x4 interface (with four lanes), four USB 3.0 and ports for A-type plugs. Setups with full resolution and maximum fps frame rates are enabled with the card, which is available here. Basler ace USB 3.0 cameras are available in 15 models, with sizes from VGA to 5 MPixels and reach a maximum frame rate of 120 fps. These cameras are suitable for use in such applications as factory automation, robotics, and automotive manufacturing.
