JAI introduces Elite CCD cameras with CoaXPress interface

JAI has announced the addition of the Elite EL-2800M-CXP (monochrome) and EL-2800C-CXP (color) cameras to the company’s line of industrial CCD Elite cameras.

JAI has announced the addition of the Elite EL-2800M-CXP (monochrome) and EL-2800C-CXP (color) cameras to the company’s line of industrial CCD Elite cameras. The 2.8 MPixel cameras are equipped with 2/3” Sony ICX674 CCD image sensors with 4.54 µm x 4.54 µm pixel size and achieve a frame rate of 54.7 fps in full resolution. The CoaXPress cameras feature automatic level control for dynamic lighting conditions, a C-Mount lens mount, 8/10/12-bit or 24-bit RGB output, and programmable three-axis control for motorized lenses, pan/tilt heads, and other analog accessories. In addition, the cameras feature flat-field and pixel blemish correction, fixed or variable partial scanning modes, multiple trigger modes, and a 256-point look-up table. Both models are suitable for use in life sciences, factory automation, biometrics, robotics, and traffic and surveillance imaging applications.
