Software provider Image Systems Motion Analysis has signed a partnership agreement with camera manufacturer AOS Technologies for the integration of Motion Analysis TEMA software into AOS Technologies’ industrial cameras.

TEMA Motions software provides automated tracking and analysis and presents the results in predefined tables and graphs. The software features tracking algorithms and tools which allow users in to analyize high speed video and obtain accurate results. These include algorithms for: Correlation, quadrant, circular symmetry, center of gravity, virtual points, intersection tracker, outline tracker, and MXT tracker.

AOS Technologies is a developer of high-speed cameras, including the most recent H-EM 501 GigE camera, which features a 2048 x 1088 pixel array image sensor with 5.5 µm x 5.5 µm pixel size and 85 fps frame rate at full resolution.

As a result of the partnership, AOS Technologies’ customers will now have access to TEMA’s software, which Stephan Trost, managing director at AOS Technologies, hopes will provide a “complete motion analysis solution” for the market.

Johan Friberg, managing director at Image Systems Motion Analysis, added: "Together with AOS, we believe that we have found an optimal solution for customers with high demands on their non-contact measurement systems."
