Cognex Corporation’s In-Sight Micro 1500 is a compact smart camera vision system that achieves acquisition speeds of more than 200 fps. The In-sight 1500 features a CCD image sensor and can perform up to 400 inspections/s with 640 x 240 resolution, 200 inspections/s at 640 x 480 resolution, and up to 150 inspection/s at 800 x 600 pixels. The 30 mm x 30 mm x 60 mm vision system includes Cognex’s vision tool library, EasyBuilder configuration software, and VisionView operator interface panel, which enables the monitoring of production processes. In-Sight Micro 1500 is suitable for use in packaging, medical device, electronics, food and beverage, and other machine vision applications.
