National Instruments has announced the release of the NI CVS-1459RT, a small vision system designed for USB3 Vision cameras in industrial inspection applications.  

National Instruments has announced the release of the NI CVS-1459RT, a small vision system designed for USB3 Vision cameras in industrial inspection applications. The fanless CVS-1459RT features a 1.91 GHz Intel Atom quad core processor, 64-bit NI Linux real-time OS, dual USB3 Vision ports, FPGA-based isolated and TTL digital I/O, and USB/Serial/Ethernet/VGA ports. The vision system is programmed with either LabVIEW system design software or Vision Builder for Automated Inspection (AI) and is based on the LabVIEW reconfigurable I/O architecture.
