Raptor introduces analog EMCCD surveillance camera

Raptor Photonics has announced the release of the Hawk EM216 EMCCD surveillance camera, which features a spectral response of 180-1100 nm and a dynamic range of 55 dB.  
Raptor Photonics has announced the release of the Hawk EM216 EMCCD surveillance camera, which features a spectral response of 180-1100 nm and a dynamic range of 55 dB. The camera is equipped with a back-illuminated 2/3" e2v CCD216 image sensor which achieves speeds up to up to 30Hz. In addition, the camera features a C/CS lens mount, fanless cooling, a peak quantum efficiency of 90% (at 500 nm), high sensitivity (<50 flux) imaging, and a resolution of 625 TV lines. The Hawk EM216 camera is suitable for use in surveillance, UAVs, underwater imaging, and scientific imaging applications.
