Photron introduces multi-head camera system

Photron’s FASTCAM Multi is a flexible, multi-head camera system that is tethered to a remote processor via 16 ft. and 33 ft. cables.  

Photron’s FASTCAM Multi is a flexible, multi-head camera system that is tethered to a remote processor via 16 ft. and 33 ft. cables. The small, sealed camera heads (2.72” x 2.76” x 5.96” each) allow users to captures images in confined spaces with resolution up to 6,000 fps. Full 1280 x 1024 resolution is provided at 4,800 fps and 720 HD to 6,000 fps. The cameras feature a color 1,280 x 1,024 pixel global electronic shutter image sensor with a 10 µm pixel size and also feature a lens interface that is compatible 1” C-Mount, Nikon G-type, and Micro Four Thirds (MFT) lenses. Each camera head offers 8 GB, 16 GB, and 32 GB memory options and feature a GigE interface.
