Pleora has updated its eBUS software development kit (SDK) by now offering support for Linux running on an ARM processor and Apple’s OS X operating systems, which allows designers to develop production ready software that can be ported to different operating systems to support video transmission over GigE, 10 GigE, USB 3.0, or wireless using the same API.

The eBUS SDK complies with the latest versions of the GigE Vision, USB3 Vision, and GenICam standards, and also interoperates with Pleora’s portfolio of external frame grabber and embedded hardware video interface products. In addition, the eBUS SDK ships with a library of sample code that serves as a quick start platform for development projects.
