Occam Omni 60 cameras are USB 3.0 cameras that capture raw 360° field of view panoramic video at a frame rate of 60 fps. The omni5u3mt9v022m (monochrome) and the omni5u3mt9v022c (color) each feature five WVGA Aptina MT9V022 CMOS image sensors with a 6 µm pixel size, for a combined resolution of 1.8 MPixels per camera. The cameras can be synchronized with external 3D laser scanners, Lidar, or image-based 3D reconstruction sensors such as the Microsoft Kinect or and stereo cameras. In addition, the cameras are compatible with DirectShow, OpenCV, LabVIEW, HALCON, and ROS, and can be run on Windows 7 and 8, and Linux 3.x. Occam Omni 60 cameras are suitable for use in such applications as security and surveillance, augmented reality, UAVs, robotics, and machine vision.
