Standard incandescent infrared (IR) light source offers broad light spectrum unachievable with LEDs. Compact in design, the MHAB-100 provides stable output (±1%) over a long life span (>1000 hours). The 100-W halogen light uses proprietary technology to deliver high illuminance across the 1000--1800-nm spectral region, enabling the IR light to penetrate into or through materials including Si, GaAs, LiNbO3, and LiaO3. The light can be manually controlled or remotely operated by analog or digital signals.
