Line of 5.7-in. monochrome QVGA modules, available in FSTN/gray/positive/transflective or STN/blue/negative/transmissive configurations, allow the user to control each pixel individually to display both text and graphics simultaneously. The displays are modular in design and can be customized to fit specific applications. Both the STN and FSTN models are available with an RA8803 controller with built-in touch-screen controller and can be configured with either a CCFL or LED backlight. The display's PCB can also handle dc-to-dc convertion, temperature compensation, on-board RAM, ribbon cable, or FPC connection.
