  APRIL 16--Tarquin Group (Ottawa, ON, Canada) has reached an agreement with DIPIX Technologies (Ottawa, ON, Canada) setting out the terms pursuant to which Tarquin will acquire the company.

  APRIL 13--Thales (Edison, NJ, USA, and Toulon, France) has opened a new office in Beijing, People's Republic of China.
• MathStar and Arrow Electronics enter into distribution agreement
  APRIL 13--MathStar (Hillsboro, OR, USA) has entered a comprehensive partnership agreement with Arrow Electronics (Melville, NY, USA) to distribute its line of Arrix field-programmable devices.
• EADS to begin incorporating miniaturized IR cameras in UAVs
