New from Matrox Imaging is the Matrox Supersight Solo industrial PC, which features a new system host board that improves computing performance over previous models.

New fromMatrox Imaging is the Matrox Supersight Solo industrial PC, which features a new system host board that improves computing performance over previous models. The system host board features PCIe 2.0 x 16 and x4 host interfaces, an Intel Core i7-6700 processor, an Intel Q170 chipset, six SATA III interfaces, two GigE ports, two USB 3.0 ports on I/O bracket, two USB 2.0 ports via PCB edge connector, one USB 2.0 via backplane through slot connector, and one RS-232 plus one RS-232/RS-422/RS-485 serial port via PCB header connector.

Additionally, the industrial PC supports image acquisition boards for Camera Link, Camera Link HS, CoaXPress, DisplayPort, DVI, GigE Vision, HDMI, SDI, and analog. OEMs and developers can use any Matrox frame grabbers to interface to any camera type and utilize multi-core CPU, GPU, and FPGA technology. Supersight Solo is also fully supported by Matrox Imaging Library.
