Board camera for system-on-modules released by e-con Systems

The 13 MPixel autofocus camera is built with the AR1335 CMOS image sensor from ON Semiconductor.

The 4-lane MIPI CSI-2 e-CAM130_iMX8M camera from e-con Systems, a 13 MPixel autofocus camera built with the AR1335 CMOS image sensor from ON Semiconductor, is designed for and compatible with the DART-MX8Mi.MX8 System-on-Module from Variscite, with drivers in development to support other Variscite products.

The e-CAM130_iMX8M features a 1.1 µm pixel and delivers 120 fps at VGA resolution, 80 fps at 720p, 60 fps at 1080p, 15 fps at 3840 x 2160, and 10 fps at 4192 x 3120. An Image Signal Processor performs autofocus, auto white balance, and auto exposure control.

The board is 47 mm x 30 mm in size, draws between 0.72 W and 0.89 W, and has an operating temperature of -30° to 70° C.
