GigE Vision cameras from Teledyne DALSA feature 9 and 12 MPixel Sony Pregius sensors
New to the line of Genie Nano industrial cameras are the M4060, M4040, C4060 and C4040 GigE Vision cameras, which feature 9 and 12 MPixel Sony Pregius CMOS image sensors. The M4060 (monochrome) and C4060 (color) cameras feature the 9 MPixel Sony Pregius IMX255 CMOS image sensor, which has a 3.45 µm pixel size and can achieve speeds of 56 fps. The M4040 (monochrome) and C4040 (color), meanwhile, feature the 12 MPixel Sony Pregius IMX253 CMOS image sensor, which also has a
3.45 µm pixel size and can achieve speeds of 40 fps. All four models feature Teledyne DALSA’s Sapera LT software development kit and Trigger-to-Image-Reliability framework for full system-level monitoring, control, and diagnostics from image capture through transfer to host memory. Furthermore, the cameras feature the company’s TurboDrive technology, which enables faster frame rate and full image quality.
