Varioptic releases long-range imaging M12 auto-focus lens module

Varioptic’s latest addition to the Caspian M12 family of auto focus lens modules is the M12-39N0-15.8, which at 15.8 mm effective focal length, is the longest model offered.  

Varioptic’s latest addition to the Caspian M12 family of auto focuslens modules is the M12-39N0-15.8, which at 15.8 mm effective focal length, is the longest model offered. The module features a built-in Arctic 39N0 liquid lens, is compatible with up to 1/3" image sensors, and offers a motionless focus range from 7 cm to infinity. It is also compatible with M12x0.5 mounts (S-Mount) and off-the-shelf FPC connectors. In addition, the lens features an optional IR-cut filter, an image circle diameter of 6 mm, and a flex cable compatible with 1mm pitch connect. The M12-39N0-15.8 lens module is suitable for use in medical imaging, eye tracking, or barcode reading applications.
