LED inspection lights from Smart Vision Lights to be displayed at Automate

At Automate 2015 in Chicago, Smart Vision Lights will showcase its newly-launched DADL75 series of multicolor LED inspection lights, as well as its TL305 Series of dual-axis dome lights.

At Automate 2015 in Chicago, Smart Vision Lights will showcase its newly-launched DADL75 series of multicolor LED inspection lights, as well as its TL305 Series of dual-axis dome lights. The DADL75 series feature built-in individual on-axis and off-axis intensity control, 12-pin M12 quick disconnect, built-in driver, NPN or PNT signal options, and continuous operation or strobe model. In addition, the the lights feature variable intensity control on each RGB channel, RGB color select ability (3 analog channels per axis), and both on and off-axis illumination options.

Also on display will be the TL305 Series of dome lights, which are designed for pharmaceutical blister pack inspection, or any inspection of products with a highly reflective finish. The lights feature a built-in individual on-axis and off-axis intensity-control lighting system that provides maximum diffusion and control over the interaction between the light, camera, and reflective surface. TL305 lights feature a 5-pin M12 quick disconnect, built-in SMART driver, 24V DC and GND hook up, analog intensity 0-10V DC signal, and also work in continuous operation or strobe mode.
