Vision systems integrator Cyth Systems, along with Basler, Edmund Optics, and National Instruments, will co-host a free one-day seminar in San Diego, Calif., that will educated attendees on the critical factors needed to build a machine vision system.

Each company represents a different but necessarily element for building a machine vision system: Basler for cameras, Cyth Systems for integration, Edmund Optics for lenses and filters, and NI for software. The course will provide insight on the latest hardware, software, lighting, optics, and emerging technologies, as well as the integration of the system. In addition, Cyth Systems is offering the opportunity for free consulting, so attendees are encouraged to bring samples. Experts will spend one-on-one time with attendees, offering advice on the most important factors of a successful vision system.

The event will take place in Cyth’s PEAK Training Center in San Diego on October 21. The seminar is being held with the hopes that, with success, it will turn into an annual event.
