8-bit ADC runs at 200 Msamples/s

Offering a 200-Msample/s encode rate and full-power analog bandwidth of 380 MHz, the AD9054 dissipates 0.5 W from a single 5-V supply. The ADC includes a 2.5-V reference and track-and-hold circuit and requires only one comparator per bit to accomplish the A/D conversion. The encode input of the AD9054 interfaces directly to TTL, CMOS, or PECL and operates with single-ended or differential inputs. A dual (demultiplexed) mode interleaves ADC data through two 8-bit channels at one-half the clock
