The global shutter 14 megapixel cameras VCS-14MX2 and VCS-14MHF are equipped with 5.5 ㎛ pixel size back-side illuminated (BSI) sensor for exceptional sensitivity. The CXP-12 camera reaches up to 338 fps, while the all-new CoaXPress-over-Fiber 100G camera reaches up to 670 fps. Applications include display inspection, semiconductor inspection, and PCB inspection.

The Atlas25 combines Sony’s high-resolution 105 MP IMX937 sensor with 25GigE RDMA to deliver 10240 × 10240 px images at 23 FPS. A direct optical connection supports high-bandwidth image transfer, while active sensor alignment ensures precise sensor positioning for demanding applications. The Atlas25 family includes additional sensors such as the Sony 68.1 MP IMX938, 50.8 MP IMX939, and 61 MP IMX455.
