XPONENTIAL 2019: The innovation and ideas that drive unmanned systems development

The AUVSI's XPONENTIAL 2019 conference, taking place from April 29 to May 2, will host 8,500 experts in unmanned systems from the commercial and defense sectors to discuss the ideas and trends driving the industry, promote collaboration, and highlight next practices.

The 219 panel sessions offered at the conference take place alongside educational sessions broken into tracks for beginner, intermediate, and advanced drone tech users, policy, public safety, technology, and trending topics. The keynote session on Tuesday, April 30 will cover the current state of unmanned systems technology, policy, and regulation. The keynote session on Wednesday, May 1 will concern big-picture business approaches. The keynote on Thursday, May 2 will focus on the integration of unmanned systems into defense, security, and humanitarian efforts.

In addition to providing a showcase for 670 of the companies at the heart of the unmanned systems industry, the XPONENTIAL 2019 show floor will also host focused areas allowing attendees to learn about growing their businesses, get hands-on demonstrations of autonomous vehicle technologies, hear about the unmanned systems industry in specific states and countries, discuss emerging technology, and discover solutions for the hot topics facing the industry.

Special events at the conference include the Startup Showdown, a competition for early-stage companies seeking to bring new innovations to the unmanned industry, a discussion on diversity, a focus on STEM programs, multiple networking events, and the AUVSI XCELLENCE Awards.
